Terms of Service

The rules and guidelines for partnering with TRIPLE A.

These Terms of Service govern your purchase of products and wholesale services from TRIPLE A Mobile Accessories. By making a purchase or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General

TRIPLE A Mobile Accessories operates as a premier wholesale distributor of mobile accessories, serving retailers, shop owners, and bulk buyers across India from our base in Karol Bagh, New Delhi.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products sold at TRIPLE A are high-quality aftermarket or OEM mobile accessories.
  • Due to the dynamic nature of the wholesale market, prices and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Product images on our website and WhatsApp catalog are for illustrative purposes. Actual product packaging and appearance may vary slightly.
  • The wholesale rates confirmed at the time of your final order placement will be considered final.

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept major B2B payment methods including UPI, NEFT/RTGS Bank Transfers, and Cash (for walk-in store purchases).
  • All wholesale orders must be fully paid before dispatch, unless credit terms have been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
  • All payments are final and processed at the time of purchase.

4. Exchange & Returns

  • Products once sold in bulk are not eligible for standard return unless they are found to be dead-on-arrival (DOA) or structurally defective from the factory.
  • Any claims for damages during transit must be reported with an unboxing video immediately upon receiving the parcel.
  • DOA claims for accessories must be raised within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
  • Standard protective items (like tempered glass, hydrogel films) are non-returnable once the protective peel or seal is removed.

5. Dispatch & Delivery

  • We offer Pan-India delivery via trusted courier and transport partners.
  • Delivery and transport timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your geographic location.
  • Risk of loss and damage transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to the third-party transport/courier, though we ensure premium, secure packaging for all bulk shipments.

6. Pre-Bookings

  • Pre-booking amounts for new model accessory launches are non-refundable unless the product is cancelled by the manufacturer.
  • Pre-booked inventory will be dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival of stock.

7. Limitation of Liability

TRIPLE A Mobile Accessories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of products purchased from us. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
